Cantharellus cascadensis  Dunham, O'Dell & R. Molina (2003)           *Collections: Oregon

Collection: Oregon, Elliot State Forest

This distinctive Chanterelle is fairly common in Oregon and is found in the more Northern coastal counties of Calfironia as well. The popular name is "The Hybrid" because it looks like a mix between the White Chanterelles (Cantharellus subalbidus) and the local yellow varieties.
