Inocybe perlata  (Cooke) Sacc. (1887)
Syn: Inocybe rimosa var. perlata

Collections: Munster, Germany, Aug 5, 2007

Kuyper has doubted whether this species deserves its distinct taxonomic status, instead of being a variety of Inocybe rimosa. I believe that based on it being rather common in broadleaved forests and quite distinct with its darker colors than the typical rimosa, it deserves to be named prominently until the question is really resolved.

Cheilocystidia. No pleurocystidia seen.

Spores: 8.8-12 x 5.5-6.3µ Slightly bean shaped.
