Leratiomyces ceres (Cooke & Massee) Spooner & Bridge (2008)
Syn: Stropharia aurantiaca

This mushroom was known as Stropharia aurantiaca until recently when molecular research showed that it belongs in Leratiomyces. It is Cosmopolitan,  found in man made habitats like wood chip beds, parks, etc. Despite being exceptionally common, it always draws attention due to its colors and beauty.
