Suillus ponderosus  Smith & Thiers (1964)

The thick, slimy belt of veil tissue with a distinctly orangish coloration is the defining characteristics of this typical member of the Northern Coastal Suillus Flora. It is associated with Douglas Fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii)
