Chroogomphus ochraceus  (Kauffman) Miller (1964)

This is one of the most common Pine associates in California -- typically I see it under 3-needle Pines. The most obvious characteristic of this species are the olive colors on the pileus that later on gives way to yellow/ochraceus.
